I’ve been writing for as long as I can remember.
I started crafting my own stories when I was just a kid, writing books by hand and sharing them with my classmates during show-and-tell.
My passion for writing has led me to two journalism degrees—a Master of Arts in Digital Journalism & Design from the University of South Florida and a journalism degree from the University of North Florida—plus a more than 10-year career as a published writer and editor.
As we’ve grown deeper into the digital age, I’ve shifted my focus to better tell my client’s stories. I help small- and medium-sized businesses build their brands through blogging, copyediting, social media services and other content creation for less than agency prices. Best of all? The companies I work with know they have one person they can count on to handle their needs, with a polished voice that’s true to their brand.
I am Portland, Oregon-based, and I previously lived in Southwest Florida for more than 20 years, but I have worked with clients located in many places in between. I look forward to working with you, too!
